About

We are the Junior League of Savannah.

Above all else, our goal is to promote and perpetuate social change in the greater Savannah area and Lowcountry communities that will benefit most from it. By empowering women and providing valuable leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to get involved, put their talents to work, and positively impact the communities of Savannah and the Lowcountry.

100 Years Strong

As one of hundreds of Junior League chapters across the world, we are a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). Established in 1926, the Junior League of Savannah plays an integral part in the development, improvement, and support of the communities of Savannah and the Lowcountry.

Our Local Impact

Right now, our primary focus of bettering the community requires immediate action, and our multi-faceted approach is making an impact. This league year, we plan to further our community impact by promoting volunteerism by working with local nonprofits through our Done In A Day projects, hosting our annual Fit Kids Fest event promoting healthy choices for children, and providing scholarships and community grants to deserving students and organizations. And stay tuned, as we will be announcing an exciting new fundraiser this League year! If you’re interested in learning more about our current focus or developing your own civic leadership skills, we welcome you to learn more or connect with us.

Help Us Lead Change
